Partridge Pointe is a friendly, active, financially sound, deed restricted community located within the Berkshire Lakes Master Association. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the property includes a gorgeous swimming pool, attractive clubhouse for community events, and a wooded area.

The Partridge Pointe Condominium Association consists of 37 two story buildings, with four units per building. Many of the units face one of the larger lakes that are part of the Master Association. Partridge Pointe is conveniently located; close to shopping, downtown, I-75, gulf coast beaches, and all that Naples has to offer. The community is less than one mile from Berkshire Commons where you will find Publix, Walgreens, a variety of restaurants, hair salons, dry cleaners, banks, gas stations, and other professional services.

Partridge Pointe maintains the largest swimming pool in Berkshire Lakes for the exclusive use of its residents and guests. The clubhouse is used for a variety of community social events, primarily during the winter months. Events have included waffle breakfasts, pot luck dinners followed by entertainment, movie nights, water aerobics, a weekly golfing group, hot dogs by the pool, cornhole tournament, crafting workshops, wine tasting, holiday parties, Super Bowl events, men’s poker, ladies luncheons, and weekly card games (Shanghai Rummy, Hand and Foot). The Master Association Clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, walking/biking paths are also available to our residents.
